3 Account Management

4 Financial Transactions & Payments
Deposits
The accepted methods for depositing funds at vp77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Please ensure you use the correct account number and reference when making a deposit. vp77 will not be responsible for any failed deposit due to incorrect information.
Depositing from a mobile wallet or account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. Such transactions will automatically be considered void.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal request may be placed on hold for the duration of an investigation.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
A 200% welcome bonus is available after your first deposit at vp77, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳31,000.
The welcome bonus can only be received once and is automatically added with the first deposit.
Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be considered void.
General Bonus Guidelines
- A user may not claim each promotion more than once.
- vp77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- vp77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.
6 VIP Program Terms
VIP Tiers & Benefits
vp77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. vp77 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities
